1.Boil, take off and grate potatoes.
2.Boil and mash green peas. .
3.Blanch spinach leaves in plenty of salted boiling water and finely chop. .
4.Squeeze out excess water. .
5.Mix grated potatoes, peas and spinach.
6.Mix in cut green chillies, cut coriander leaves, cut ginger, chaat masala and salt. .
7.Mix in cornflour for binding. .
8.Divide the mixture into 25 equal portions.
9.Shape them into a ball and then press it in between your palms to give it a tikki shape. .
10.Heat up oil in a kadhai. .
11.Deep-fry the tikkis in hot oil for 3-4 minutes or until crisp.
