Ingredients:

Coriander seeds 1 cup (60 grams) Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon (5 grams) Cumin seeds 1½ teaspoons (4 grams) Fenugreek seeds 2 teaspoons (4 grams) Bedgi whole dry red chillies 13 (10 grams) Curry leaves, dried 20 (2 grams) Asafoetida ¾ teaspoon (1.5 grams) Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon (2 grams)

How to make SAMBHAR MASALA :

1. Dry roast coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and whole dry red chillies. 2. Cool and grind with curry leaves, asafoetida and turmeric powder. 3. Cool and store in airtight container.
